1. Appearance. Spray screen printing is used to achieve appearance effects that cannot be achieved by molds. Therefore, during injection molding production, it is important to avoid any defects that may affect the appearance of the paint. However, some defects, such as air marks, can be accepted as they can be covered during painting. But it also depends on the color of your paint and the requirements of the spraying process.
2. The color difference of the material. Unless you are spraying black, the material should not have too much color difference, because the painter will not repeat the oil adjustment for each batch of materials. The same paint sprayed on materials with color differences will result in vastly different paint spraying effects.
3. Water lines, line positions, and top pin marks can be avoided if possible, but if they cannot be avoided, they can be polished off with some effort
4. The surface of the material cannot shrink significantly.
5. The surface of the material is not clean. Although there will be cleaning and dust removal treatment before painting, there should be no oil stains or other impurities on the surface of the product. This involves your packaging, so packaging is also a big issue.
6. Loss. The loss of spray painting is quite significant, and a loss of around 10PER is normal, so attention should also be paid during material preparation and production.
